I got the new pier all installed in the lake weekend before last & it went in great. It took me about four hours, only because being the first time I had to get the shore mount in place, & all the leg heights set & leveled. The one shorter leg for the last section where the “L” goes out that I called you about with the question was figured so close that it was level with the top of the tube, so I did not have to cut it at all. Next year it will be about half that time or less. All the neighbors came to check it out, & liked how I could put the whole pier in myself. It got a good test last Thursday. I have the pier deck set at 40″ above the water line, being that it is on Lake Winnebago. We had 40 mph winds & 5 foot waves coming in, & the pier stayed put as solid as a rock.
